Ingredients

1 8-ounce canpineapple tidbits (juice pack)see savings

1 cupmixed dried fruitsee savings

1 cupwatersee savings

-
4 inchesstick cinnamonsee savings

-
Dashground cloves or 2 whole clovessee savings

1 tablespoonhoneysee savings

1/3 cupvanilla low-fat yogurt (optional)see savings

Directions
1.
Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Cut up any large pieces of dried fruit.

In a medium saucepan stir together reserved pineapple juice, water, cinnamon, and cloves. Bring to boiling and add dried fruit; reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes or until fruit is tender. Remove cinnamon and whole cloves, if using. Stir in honey and pineapple tidbits. Serve warm or cover and chill 4 to 24 hours.
3.
To serve, spoon into individual serving dishes. Dollop each serving with some of the vanilla yogurt, if desired. Serves 6.
