Double-Crust Pie Dough

Ingredients
3 cups all-purpose flour
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup cold unsalted butter, diced
1/3 cup cold water
Directions
1. In a medium bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt. Using a pastry blender, cut in butter until mixture is crumbly. Add water and stir just until moistened. Knead 10 turns, or until dough forms into a ball. Divide the dough into 2 balls. Wrap each ball tightly in plastic wrap; refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
