Dijon Steak and Potato Stew

Frozen cut green beans and jarred beef gravy impart down-home flavor to a satisfying meat-and-potato stew.

1 poundboneless beef sirloin, cut into 1/2-inch piecessee savings

1/2 teaspoonpeppered seasoned saltsee savings

2 jarshome-style beef gravy (12 ounces each)see savings

1 cupwatersee savings

2 tablespoonsDijon mustardsee savings

1/4 teaspoondried thyme leavessee savings

4 smallunpeeled red potatoes, cut into 1/2- to 3/4-inch cubes (about 2 cups)see savings

1 1/2 cupsGreen Giant® frozen cut green beans (from 1-pound bag)see savings

2 mediumcarrots, sliced (1 cup)see savings

Directions
1.
Sprinkle beef with peppered seasoned salt. In 4-quart Dutch oven or 12-inch nonstick skillet, cook beef over medium-high heat about 4 minutes, stirring frequently, until brown.

Stir in gravy, water, mustard and thyme until well blended. Stir in potatoes, green beans and carrots. Heat to boiling; reduce heat to medium-low. Cover and cook 20 to 22 minutes, stirring occasionally, until potatoes and beans are tender.
Tip:
High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): Use 2 cups water. In step 2, cover and cook 25 to 27 minutes.
