Dessert Nachos

Ingredients

3 flour tortillas (8-inch)

1 egg white, slightly beaten

1 tablespoon water

1 cup Ready-To-Eat Cereal Smart Start® Healthy Heart Maple & Brown Sugar (crushed to 1/2 cup)

2 cups sliced fresh strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, sliced nectarines and/or sliced plums
-
2 containers low-fat vanilla, orange or lemon yogurt (6 ounces each)

1/4 cup Ready-To-Eat Cereal Smart Start® Healthy Heart Maple & Brown Sugar

1 tablespoon miniature semi-sweet chocolate morsels
Directions

Cut each tortilla into 8 wedges. In small bowl whisk together egg white and water. Brush one side of each tortilla wedge with egg white mixture. Place tortilla wedges in single layer, egg white side up, on baking sheet coated with cooking spray or lined with parchment paper.

Sprinkle crushed KELLOGG'S SMART START HEALTHY HEART MAPLE & BROWN SUGAR cereal on tortilla wedges. Lightly press cereal into wedges. Bake at 375 degrees F about 12 minutes or until light brown and crisp. Cool completely.

On each of 6 small serving plates place 4 tortilla wedges. Top with fruit and yogurt. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup cereal and chocolate morsels. Serve immediately.
