Ingredients
  • 1/3  cup Bisquick Heart Smart® mix
  • 1   tablespoon water
  • 2   tablespoons fat-free egg product or 1 egg white
  • 1/4  cup plus 2 tablespoons shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese (1 1/2 ounces)
  • 1/4  pound lean ground turkey
  • 1/2  cup canned condensed reduced-fat reduced-sodium cream of mushroom soup
  • 3/4  cup Green Giant® Valley Fresh Steamers frozen mixed vegetables

How to Make Turkey Burgers

Turkey burgers are a great low fat alternative to your typical hamburger. Top with cabbage, red onion and the sauce of your choice for a beautiful and delicious meal.

Directions
1. 
Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray 8x4-inch loaf pan with cooking spray. In small bowl, stir together Bisquick® mix, water, egg product and 1/4 cup of the cheese; spread in pan.
2. 
In 10-inch skillet, cook turkey over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until brown; drain. Stir in soup and vegetables; heat until hot.
3. 
Spoon turkey mixture over batter in pan. Sprinkle with remaining 2 tablespoons cheese. Bake about 20 minutes or until edges are light golden brown.
