1/3 cupBisquick Heart Smart® mixsee savings

1 tablespoonwatersee savings

2 tablespoonsfat-free egg product or 1 egg whitesee savings

1/4 cupplus 2 tablespoons shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese (1 1/2 ounces)see savings

1/4 poundlean ground turkeysee savings

1/2 cupcanned condensed reduced-fat reduced-sodium cream of mushroom soupsee savings

3/4 cupGreen Giant® Valley Fresh Steamers frozen mixed vegetablessee savings

Directions
1.
Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray 8x4-inch loaf pan with cooking spray. In small bowl, stir together Bisquick® mix, water, egg product and 1/4 cup of the cheese; spread in pan.
2.
In 10-inch skillet, cook turkey over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until brown; drain. Stir in soup and vegetables; heat until hot.
3.
Spoon turkey mixture over batter in pan. Sprinkle with remaining 2 tablespoons cheese. Bake about 20 minutes or until edges are light golden brown.
