Ingredients
  • 24 
    frozen dumplings, such as Mary B's Kettle Dumplings, cut in half lengthwise

  • 3 to 4  quarts
    cooking oil for frying

    seasoning mix of choice

Directions
1.
In a dutch oven, heat oil to 375 degrees over medium-high heat.
2.
Drop dumpling strips into hot oil in batches. Let each batch cook for approximately 5 minutes until puffed and golden, turning dumplings once during cooking time. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels for a few minutes.
3.
Toss with seasoning mix while still warm.
