Curried Cucumber Yogurt
Cold roasted chicken or turkey will get an extra kick served with this zesty yogurt dip. Mix it together in just 10 minutes.

Ingredients

1 container (6 oz.) plain low-fat yogurt

2 tablespoons reduced-fat sour cream

1 teaspoon curry powder

1 small cucumber, halved lengthwise and seeded
Directions

Whisk together yogurt, sour cream, and curry powder in a medium bowl. Cut cucumber crosswise into 1/4-inch-thick slices measuring 1 cup (reserve remaining cucumber for another use). Stir into yogurt; salt and pepper to taste. Cover and chill until ready to serve. (Can be made up to 2 days ahead. Makes 1-1/2 cups.
