1 pouchalbacore tuna (about 7 ounces)see savings

1/4 cupreduced-fat mayonnaise or salad dressingsee savings

1/4 cupplain fat-free yogurtsee savings

1/2 cupchopped cucumbersee savings

2 tablespoonschopped red onionsee savings

2 tablespoonschopped fresh or 1 teaspoon dried dill weedsee savings

1 teaspoonsalt-free seasoning blendsee savings

2whole wheat pita (pocket) breads (8 inch)see savings

1 cupshredded lettucesee savings

1small tomato, chopped (1/2 cup)see savings

Directions
1.
In medium bowl, mix tuna, reduced-fat mayonnaise, yogurt, cucumber, onion, dill weed and seasoning blend.
2.
Cut pita breads in half crosswise to form pockets. Spoon 1/4 of mixture into each pita bread half. Add lettuce and tomato.
