  • 1/2  cup plain low-fat yogurt
  • 1/8  teaspoon salt
  • 1   clove garlic, minced
  •  dash black pepper
  • 3   cups thinly sliced cucumber (1 large)
  • 1/2  cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 1/2  cup thinly sliced radishes
