Crunchy Chicken and Fruit Salad

This delicious recipe combines apples, baby lettuces, chicken, and pecans to provide a complete meal in under 30 minutes.

  • 1 2 1/2 pound deli-roasted whole chicken
  • 3 oranges
  • 1/3 cup light mayonnaise
  • 2 small red and/or green apples, cored and coarsely chopped
  • 1 5 ounce bag sweet baby lettuces
  • 1/4 cup pecan halves
