Ingredients

1Keebler® Ready Crust® Reduced Fat Graham Pie Crustsee savings

2 tablespoonsrefrigerated egg substitute*see savings

1/2 cupsugarsee savings

1/2 cupall-purpose floursee savings

2 cupshalved fresh strawberriessee savings

1 1/2 cupsfresh red raspberries, blueberries or combination of raspberries and blueberriessee savings

2 teaspoonsgrated lemon peelsee savings

1/3 cuprolled oatssee savings

-
1/3 cupsugarsee savings

-
3 tablespoonsflaked coconutsee savings

-
4 teaspoonsbutter or margarine, meltedsee savings

Directions
1.
Brush bottom and sides of crust with egg substitute. Place on baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees F for 5 minutes.
2.
In large bowl combine 1/2 cup sugar and flour. Add strawberries, raspberries and lemon peel. Gently toss until coated. Spoon into crust.
3.
In small bowl combine oats, 1/3 cup sugar and coconut. Stir in butter. Sprinkle over pie. Bake at 375 degrees F about 50 minutes or until bubbly. (If necessary, loosely cover pie with foil during the last 15 minutes of baking to prevent over-browning). Cool on wire rack.
*Note:
If desired, substitute 1 beaten egg yolk, 1 beaten egg white or 2 tablespoons of a beaten egg for the egg substitute.
