  • 8 6-inch
    corn tortillas

    Nonstick cooking spray

  • 2 teaspoons
    garlic-pepper blend

  • 1/2 teaspoon
    coarse salt

Directions

Preheat oven to 425 degree F. Lightly coat tortillas on both sides with nonstick cooking spray. Sprinkle tortillas on both sides with pepper blend and coarse salt. Make 2 stacks of 4 tortillas each. With a sharp knife or a pizza cutter, cut each stack into 6 pieces. Place in a single layer on 2 baking sheets.

Bake 1 sheet at a time for 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned and crisp. Cool on baking sheets. Serve immediately or store in a tightly sealed container up to 3 days. Makes 8 servings.
