In a medium saucepan combine corn syrup, butter, and apple juice concentrate. Bring mixture to boiling; boil for 4 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in KELLOGG'S CRISPIX cereal, fruit, and nuts. Transfer mixture to a large bowl; cool 20 minutes. Stir in butterscotch morsels. Using a cookie scoop or spoon, dollop about 2 tablespoons of mixture per cookie on a cookie sheet lined with wax paper. Let stand until firm.
