Directions
1.
Place peanut butter in a small bowl; gradually whisk in milk, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and crushed red pepper. Dip chicken drumettes into peanut butter mixture, then coat with KELLOGG'S CRISPIX cereal. Place on 17x11x1-inch baking sheet lined with foil and coated with cooking spray. Coat chicken liberally with cooking spray.

Bake at 400 degrees F about 25 minutes or until golden and crispy. Serve with soy dipping sauce (if desired).
