1/4 teaspoonground nutmegsee savings

1-1/2 cupsmilksee savings

1/2 cupgrated or finely shredded Parmesan cheesesee savings

2 tablespoonsdry sherry (optional)see savings

2 6-ounce packagesTyson® Grilled & Ready® Refrigerated Chicken Breast Strips, cut into bite-size piecessee savings

1/2 cupsliced pitted ripe olivessee savings

Directions
1.
In a large saucepan cook pasta according to package directions; drain. If necessary, cover and keep warm.

Meanwhile, in a 12-inch skillet cook and stir mushrooms and green onions in hot butter 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Stir in flour, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Add milk; cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir 1 minute more. Add half of the Parmesan cheese and, if desired, the sherry; heat until cheese is melted.

Add cooked pasta, Grilled & Ready® Chicken Breast Strips, and olives to skillet; toss lightly to coat. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese.
Serving Suggestion:
Garnish with snipped fresh chives and serve with lemon wedges.
