Creamy Dijon Mustard Dip
Fat-free Greek yogurt and light mayonnaise keep the fat low in this rich dip. Serve it with vegetables as a snack or appetizer or spread it on sandwiches.

Ingredients

1/4 cup fat-free Greek yogurt

1 tbs. light mayonnaise

1 tsp. Dijon mustard

1/2 tsp. minced chives or scallion
Directions

In a bowl, stir together the yogurt, mayonnaise, mustard and chives. Serve with baked potato chips, sliced apple or fennel, or celery sticks. (Dip can be refrigerated for up to 2 days.)
