Creamy Chicken Bake

Chicken breasts are coated with a mixture of bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese, then topped with a creamy garlic-mushroom sauce featuring Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Broccoli Soup.

Ingredients
  • 6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (about 1 1/2 pounds)
  • 1 10 3/4 ounce can Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Broccoli Soup (Regular or 98% Fat Free)
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 jar (4 1/2 ounces) sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Directions
1. 
Place the chicken into a 3-quart shallow baking dish. Stir the soup, milk, garlic powder and mushrooms in a medium bowl. Spoon the soup mixture over the chicken.

Stir the cheese, bread crumbs and butter in a small bowl. Sprinkle the cheese mixture over the soup mixture.

Bake at 400 degrees F. for 30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. Stir the sauce and serve with the chicken.
4. 
Serving Suggestion: Serve with steamed whole green beans. For dessert serve frozen yogurt popsicles.
