  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 ounces sliced mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 10 3/4 ounce can golden mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Cooked noodles
Directions
1. 
Saute onion and mushrooms in oil in nonstick skillet 5 minutes. Add ground beef; cook, stirring to break up meat, 7 minutes.
2. 
Add soup, milk, salt, pepper and butter; heat through, about 4 minutes. Serve with noodles.
