Recipe from Campbell's
Vegetable cooking spray
1 10 3/4 ounce can Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Celery Soup (Regular or 98% Fat Free)
1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves, crushed
1 20 ounce bag frozen crinkle-cut carrot, thawed (about 5 cups)
1 2.8 ounce can French's® French Fried Onions (1 1/3 cups)
Spray a 2-quart casserole with cooking spray. Stir the soup, milk, thyme, carrots and 23 cup of the onions in the prepared dish.
Bake at 350 degrees F. for 35 minutes. Stir the carrot mixture.
Sprinkle the remaining onions over the carrot mixture. Bake for 5 minutes more or until carrots are tender and onions are golden brown.
