Directions
1.
Spread 4 bread slices with the crushed fruit. Spread the remaining bread slices with the cheese.
2.
Top the crushed fruit bread slices with the turkey, arugula and remaining bread slices.

Tip:
This recipe can be halved to make 2 servings.
