Simplify your holiday dinner by planning it around this easy ham recipe. A can of whole cranberry sauce with a few flavorful embellishments makes a tasty and attractive glaze for a boneless ham.

1 can (16 ounces) whole berry cranberry sauce
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons packed dark-brown sugar
1 tablespoon grated orange zest
1 3-inch piece cinnamon stick
1 small boneless fully cooked smoked ham (about 2-1/2 pounds)
In a small saucepan, stir together cranberry sauce, mustard, brown sugar, orange zest and cinnamon stick. Bring to a simmer. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes. Remove cinnamon stick before using.
Remove foil and brush with some of the cranberry glaze. Bake 15 minutes. Brush again with glaze and bake an additional 15 minutes or until heated through. Slice and serve with remaining glaze.
