Ingredients
  • 2/3  cup Yoplait® Fat Free plain yogurt (from 2-pound container)
  • 1   tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/4  teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1   small tomato, chopped (1/2 cup)
  • 2   medium green onions, chopped (2 tablespoons)
  • 12   imitation crabmeat sticks, chopped (about 1 ounce each)
  • 1   cup finely shredded cabbage
  • 1/2  cup finely shredded red bell pepper
  • 2   medium green onions, sliced (2 tablespoons)
  • 1/4  teaspoon red pepper sauce
  • 1/4  teaspoon salt
  • 1/8  teaspoon pepper
  • 4   flour tortillas (10 inch)

Directions
1. 
In small bowl, mix yogurt, cilantro, cumin, tomato and green onions.
2. 
In 12-inch nonstick skillet, heat remaining ingredients except tortillas over medium-high heat 3 to 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until hot.
3. 
Spread 3 to 4 tablespoons salsa on each tortilla; top with about 23 cup crabmeat mixture. Roll up each tortilla; cut diagonally into thirds.
