  • 1/3  cup 
    chopped red sweet pepper
  • 1/4  cup 
    chopped onion
  • 1   
    clove garlic, minced
  • 1   tablespoon 
    butter
  • 1  6  ounce can 
    crabmeat, drained, flaked, and cartilage removed
  • 1/4  teaspoon 
    finely shredded lemon peel
  • 2   teaspoons 
    lemon juice
  • 2   teaspoons 
    drained capers
  • 1/4  teaspoon 
    fennel seeds, crushed
  • 1/8  teaspoon 
    cracked black pepper
Directions
1.
In a medium skillet, cook sweet pepper, onion, and garlic in hot butter over medium heat about 4 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in crabmeat, lemon peel, lemon juice, capers, fennel seeds, and black pepper.
