    frozen green peas, thawed

    thin-sliced red onion (optional)

    red, orange and green bell pepper, diced

    tomato, seeded, diced

    shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions
1.
To prepare Thousand Island dressing: combine mayonnaise, pickle relish and ketchup in bowl and whisk to blend. Cover and refrigerate to hold.
2.
To assemble salad: layer 4 cups lettuce in clear bowl. Top with layers of green peas, sliced red onions, diced bell peppers and diced tomatoes.
3.
Spoon Thousand Island dressing over top of salad. Top with shredded cheese and crumbled bacon. Serve chilled.
