  • 1  pkg.
    (about 8 ounces) corn muffin mix

    shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions
1.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Grease an 8-inch square baking pan.

Mix corn muffin mix according to package directions. Spread half the batter in pan. Top with picante sauce and cheese. Spread remaining batter on top.
3.
Bake 20 minutes or until done.
