Cool Cheesecake Sauce
Try this chilled make-ahead dessert sauce that tastes just like cheesecake. Serve it over store-bought cake for the quickest ever cheesecake-tasting treat. Try it on fruit too.

Ingredients

1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup light dairy sour cream

2/3 cup powdered sugar

1/2 tsp. vanilla

Fresh raspberries, blueberries, and/or strawberries
Directions

In mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sour cream with an electric mixer until fluffy and combined. Add powdered sugar and vanilla; beat smooth.

Cover and chill in the refrigerator at least 1 hour. Spoon over fresh berries. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
