Enter the Iowa Egg Council 2012 Cooking Contest! You must be a resident of Iowa and live in Iowa in order to participate. Your recipe must contain a minimum of 4 whole eggs and a maximum of 12 ingredients. The recipe can be an appetizer, main dish, side dish, snack, dessert, or beverage! Judging will be based on nutritional content, good use of eggs, taste, appearance, and originality!

Deadline: February 10, 2012

Prizes: The first prize is $500, second prize is $400, third prize is $300, fourth prize is $200, and fifth prize is $100.
