A friend gave me a back-issue of your magazine, which I enjoyed. In regards to cakes - greasing, flouring, etc., I grease the cake pan with margarine, line it with waxed paper, and bake. Let cool for ten minutes, run a knife around the edges, and they come out perfectly - no flouring!

Always keep a bag of frozen diced onions or depending on what you are fixing ..you can get a bag of frozen peppers and onions together..and basically are more time saving and less priceyl! Watch for sales..you can purchase them then, for anywhere from 88 cents to a dollar a bag...and stock up!
