Coconut-Mango Sundaes

2 coconut sorbet
2 mangoes, chopped
4 tablespoons thinly sliced crystallized ginger
4 tablespoons chopped fresh mint

Directions
1. Divide sorbet among 8 bowls. Top with chopped mangoes, ginger, and mint.
