  • 1/2  cup
    sugar

    cornstarch

    lemon juice

  • 4  cups
    1/2-inch sliced peaches

  • 3  cups
    Pioneer Baking Mix

  • 3  tablespoons
    butter, melted

  • 2/3  cup
    orange juice

  • 1/2  cup
    sugar

Directions
1.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Toss together 1/2 cup sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice and peaches. Portion into 4 (5"x5") ramekins.
3.
Combine Pioneer Baking Mix, 1/2 cup sugar, butter and orange juice in bowl; mix until it forms a batter. Pour batter evenly over peaches.
4.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
