Cinnamon-Raisin-Oatmeal Cookies

Munch on a cookie jar favorite that's hard to resist. This oatmeal cookie boasts the addition of high-fiber bran cereal.

1 cuppacked brown sugarsee savings

2 teaspoonsvanillasee savings

1 3/4 cupsGold Medal® all-purpose floursee savings

1 teaspoonbaking sodasee savings

1 teaspoonground cinnamonsee savings

1/4 teaspoonsaltsee savings

1 cupold-fashioned oatssee savings

1 cupFiber One® original bran cerealsee savings

1/2 cupraisinssee savings

Directions
1.
Heat oven to 350 degrees F. In large bowl, beat brown sugar and butter with electric mixer on medium speed until creamy. On low speed, beat in vanilla and eggs until well blended. Beat in flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt until well blended. With spoon, stir in oats, cereal and raisins.
2.
On ungreased cookie sheets, drop dough by heaping tablespoonfuls about 2 inches apart.
3.
Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until set and golden brown. Immediately remove from cookie sheets to cooling racks.
