Cinnamon-Popcorn Snack
From Betty's Soul Food Collection...Pop some style by mixing popcorn into peanuts, raisins, healthy Cheerios® and just enough sweetness to make everyone smile.

Ingredients

8 cups popped microwave popcorn (from 3-oz bag)

5 cups Cheerios® cereal

1 cup honey-roasted peanuts

1 cup raisins

1/2 cup light corn syrup

1/3 cup honey
-
2 tablespoons butter or margarine

1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Directions

Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Remove and discard unpopped kernels from popped popcorn. In large bowl, mix popcorn, cereal, peanuts and raisins; set aside.

In 1-quart saucepan, heat corn syrup, honey, butter and cinnamon to boiling. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla. Pour over cereal mixture; toss until evenly coated. Spread in ungreased 15x10x1-inch pan.

Bake 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cool pan on cooling rack, stirring occasionally. Store loosely covered.
