Cilantro-Lime Slaw

Ingredients
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon fresh lime zest
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 head Napa cabbage, thinly sliced
1 Granny Smith apple, cored and diced
1 tablespoon seeded and diced jalapeņo pepper
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Directions
1. In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar, lime zest, lime juice, sugar, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
2. In a separate bowl, combine cabbage, apple, and jalapeno.
3. Pour mayonnaise mixture over cabbage mixture; toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate mixture for at least 1 hour before serving.
4. Add cilantro, tossing to combine, just before serving.
