Cilantro Chutney

This chutney is just a little hot, with loads of fresh lime and cilantro flavor. Try it with meats or chicken.

Ingredients

2 cupsloosely packed fresh cilantro leavessee savings

1/2 cupchopped onionsee savings

1/2 to 1hot green chile (such as serrano), seeds and membranes removedsee savings

1 tablespoonfresh lime juice or lemon juicesee savings

1 teaspoonsugarsee savings

1/4 teaspoonsaltsee savings

-
1/4 teaspoonground cuminsee savings

Directions
1.
Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Cover and process until mixture is almost smooth. Serve at once or cover and serve within 2 hours. Makes 1/2 cup (eight 1-tablespoon servings).
