Christmas Fudge

Dried fruit fills this white chocolate fudge making it pretty to give as a gift or to present on a holiday dessert table.

Ingredients
-
2 bags (12 ounces each)white-chocolate chipssee savings

-
1 can (14 ounces)sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)see savings

-
1 teaspoonvanillasee savings

-
Pinch of saltsee savings

-
1/2 cupchopped dried apricotssee savings

-
1/2 cupdried cranberriessee savings

Directions
1.
Line an 8-inch square pan with foil. In a saucepan over low heat, stir and melt chips, condensed milk, vanilla, and salt. Remove from heat and stir in fruit. Spread evenly in pan. Chill 2 hours or until firm. Remove from pan and cut into squares. Store covered in refrigerator for up to 1 week.
