  • 3  large  potatoes (about 1-1/2 pounds total), peeled and thinly slicedOn Sale
  • 4  large  boneless pork chops (about 1-1/2 pounds total)On Sale
  • 1/2  pound  light kielbasa, slicedOn Sale
  • 2    tart apples, peeled, cored, slicedOn Sale
  • 2  cans  (14-1/2 ounces each) sauerkraut, undrainedOn Sale
  • 1/2  cup  slightly sweet white wine, such as RieslingOn Sale
  • 1  package  (10 ounces) frozen green peas, thawedOn Sale

Directions
1.
In a small bowl, mix together the Italian seasoning, salt and black pepper.

Coat a 6-quart slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray. Layer potatoes, pork chops, kielbasa, apples and sauerkraut, seasoning each layer with a small amount of the seasoning mix. Sprinkle the remaining seasoning mix over the sauerkraut and pour the wine over the top.

Cook 4 hours on high or 8 hours on low. Stir in thawed peas, cover and cook for an additional 30 minutes.

Remove pork chops and cut each into thick slices against the grain. Stir back into the mixture and serve.
