  • 4 tbs.
    plain low-fat soy milk

    chocolate syrup

  • 1 1/4 cups
    seltzer water

  • pretzel rod (optional)

Directions
1.
In a tall glass, stir together the soy milk and chocolate sauce. Top with the seltzer; stir. Serve with a pretzel if desired.
