    Kellogg's® All-Bran® Strawberry Medley cereal

    low-fat buttermilk

    mashed ripe banana (about 1 medium)

    vegetable oil

    miniature semi-sweet chocolate morsels

Directions
1.
In medium bowl stir together strawberries, sliced banana and honey. Let stand at room temperature while preparing pancakes.

In small bowl stir together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Set aside.

In another medium bowl stir together KELLOGG'S® ALL-BRAN® Strawberry Medley cereal, buttermilk, mashed banana, egg and oil. Let stand about 5 minutes or until cereal softens. Add flour mixture; stir until just combined. Stir in chocolate morsels.
4.
For each pancake, pour about 1/4 cup batter onto hot nonstick griddle or large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray. Spread batter into circle about 4 inches in diameter. Cook over medium heat about 2 minutes or until bubbles form on top. Turn pancakes. Continue cooking for 2 to 3 minutes more or until done. Serve warm with strawberry mixture.
