Chocolate-Banana Sipper
Keep a banana or two in the freezer so you can quickly make this chocolate drink recipe for breakfast or a snack.

Ingredients

2 cups fat-free milk

1 medium banana, sliced and frozen*

3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

2 tablespoons honey

1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions

In a blender, combine milk, banana, cocoa powder, honey, and vanilla. Cover and blend until smooth and frothy. Makes 4 (8-ounce) servings.
Note
Peel and slice banana. Place banana slices in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with plastic wrap. Freeze for at least 1 hour or until firm. Makes 4 (8-ounce) servings.
