Chinese-Style Chicken

You won't believe what fabulous flavor you get by combining a can of chicken gravy with soy sauce and ginger...it's a quick, easy and tasty way to season this delicious stir-fry.

Ingredients

1 tbsp.vegetable oilsee savings

-
1 lb.skinless, boneless chicken breast , cut into cubessee savings

-
2 cupsbroccoli floretssee savings

-
1small red or green pepper , cut into 2-inch-long strips (about 1 cup)see savings

-
1 can(10 1/2 ounces) Campbell's® Chicken Gravysee savings

-
1 tbsp.soy saucesee savings

-
1/4 tsp.ground gingersee savings

-
4 cupshot cooked regular long-grain white ricesee savings

Directions
1.
Heat the oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until it's browned, stirring often. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside.
2.
Add the broccoli and pepper and cook until they're tender-crisp, stirring often. Return the chicken to the skillet.
3.
Stir the gravy, soy and ginger in the skillet and ccok until the chicken is cooked through. Serve over the rice.
