Chinese-Style Chicken

Chinese-Style Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast , cut into cubes
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 small red or green pepper , cut into 2-inch-long strips (about 1 cup)
  • 1 10 1/2 ounce can Campbell's® Chicken Gravy
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 4 cups hot cooked regular long-grain white rice
Directions
1. 
Heat the oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until it's browned, stirring often. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside.
2. 
Add the broccoli and pepper and cook until they're tender-crisp, stirring often. Return the chicken to the skillet.
3. 
Stir the gravy, soy and ginger in the skillet and ccok until the chicken is cooked through. Serve over the rice.
