Chimichurri

This garlicky parsley-based sauce is great alongside any grilled meat or poultry.

Ingredients

1/2 cuppacked fresh parsleysee savings

1 teaspoonchopped garlicsee savings

5 teaspoonsdistilled white vinegarsee savings

2 teaspoonsextra-virgin olive oilsee savings

-
1/4 teaspoonkosher saltsee savings

-
1/8 teaspoonground chipotle chile, or cayenne peppersee savings

Directions
1.
Chop parsley and garlic together on a cutting board until the parsley is finely minced.
2.
Transfer to a medium bowl, add vinegar, oil, salt and ground chipotle (or cayenne); stir to combine.
