Ingredients

1 can(28 ounces) whole peeled tomatoessee savings

3/4 cupPace® Picante Saucesee savings

2 tbsp.lemon juicesee savings

-
1 tbsp.chopped fresh cilantro leavessee savings

-
1/4 tsp.garlic powder or 1 clove garlic, mincedsee savings

-
1 cupthickly sliced cucumbersee savings

-
1stalk celery, cut into 1-inch piecessee savings

-
1 slicefirm Pepperidge Farm® White Sandwich Breadsee savings

1/4 cupchopped cucumbersee savings

-
Sliced green onionsee savings

Directions
1.
Place the tomatoes, picante sauce, lemon juice, cilantro, garlic powder, sliced cucumber, celery and bread into a blender or food processor. Cover and blend until smooth. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
2.
Top with the chopped cucumber. Garnish with the onions.
