Directions
1.
Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat or wok over high heat. Add Morningstar Farms Meal Starters Chik'n Strips and heat through. Add noodles and carrots. Saute 1 minute.
2.
Mix brown sugar, rice vinegar, lime juice and red pepper in small bowl. Add to skillet. Mix well.
3.
Add coconut milk, salt, bean sprouts and green onions. Mix well. Saute 1 minute.
4.
Remove from heat. Garnish with peanuts, cilantro and lime wedges.
