1 6.2-ounce packagequick-cooking long grain and wild rice mixsee savings

2 14.5-ounce cansreduced-sodium chicken brothsee savings

4cloves garlic, mincedsee savings

1 teaspoondried thyme, crushedsee savings

4 cupschopped tomatoessee savings

-
2 cupsTyson® Grilled & Ready® Refrigerated Chicken Breast Strips, cut into 1/2-inch piecessee savings

1 cupfinely chopped zucchinisee savings

1/4 teaspoonfreshly ground black peppersee savings

1 tablespoonMadeira or dry sherrysee savings

Directions
1.
Prepare rice mix according to package directions, except omit the seasoning packet and the butter or margarine.
2.
Meanwhile, in a large saucepan or Dutch oven combine broth, garlic, and thyme; bring to a boil. Stir in tomatoes, Grilled & Ready® Chicken Breast Strips, zucchini, and pepper. Return to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, covered, for 5 minutes. Stir in cooked rice and Madeira; heat through.
Serving Suggestion:
Sprinkle with shredded Parmesan cheese and serve with crusty French bread.
