Recipe from Tyson« Grilled & Ready« Chicken
4 14 1/2 ounce cans reduced-sodium chicken broth
6 ounces dried orzo (about 1 cup)
12 ounces asparagus spears
4 cups lightly packed, thinly sliced Swiss chard leaves
4 plum tomatoes, seeded and chopped
2 6 ounce packages Tyson® Grilled & Ready® Refrigerated Chicken Breast Strips, cut into bite-size pieces
1/2 cup chopped cooked ham
Meanwhile, snap off and discard woody bases from asparagus. Bias-slice asparagus into 1-1/2-inch pieces. Add asparagus to broth mixture; cook 3 minutes more.
Stir Swiss chard, tomatoes, Grilled & Ready® Chicken Breast Strips, and ham into saucepan. Heat through.
Substitute fresh spinach leaves for the Swiss chard. If desired, top each serving with snipped fresh chives or parsley and shredded Parmesan cheese.
