  • 4 14 1/2 ounce cans reduced-sodium chicken broth
  • 6 ounces dried orzo (about 1 cup)
  • 12 ounces asparagus spears
  • 4 cups lightly packed, thinly sliced Swiss chard leaves
  • 4 plum tomatoes, seeded and chopped
  • 2 6 ounce packages Tyson® Grilled & Ready® Refrigerated Chicken Breast Strips, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1/2 cup chopped cooked ham
In a large saucepan or Dutch oven bring chicken broth to boiling; add orzo. Return to boiling; reduce heat and cook 7 minutes.
Meanwhile, snap off and discard woody bases from asparagus. Bias-slice asparagus into 1-1/2-inch pieces. Add asparagus to broth mixture; cook 3 minutes more.
Stir Swiss chard, tomatoes, Grilled & Ready® Chicken Breast Strips, and ham into saucepan. Heat through.
Serving Suggestion:
Substitute fresh spinach leaves for the Swiss chard. If desired, top each serving with snipped fresh chives or parsley and shredded Parmesan cheese.
