Chicken, Pear, and Blue Cheese Salad
Make this low-calorie, low-fat salad quickly and easily from a deli chicken, salad greens, bottled dressing.

6 cups packaged torn mixed greens or mesclun
10 - 12 ounces roasted or grilled chicken breast or turkey, sliced
3/4 cup bottled reduced-calorie or regular blue cheese salad dressing
2 pears, cored and sliced
Freshly ground black pepper (optional)
Arrange pear slices on top of salads. Sprinkle with pepper, if desired.
