Ingredients
  • 6  cups
    packaged torn mixed greens or mesclun

    roasted or grilled chicken breast or turkey, sliced

    bottled reduced-calorie or regular blue cheese salad dressing

Directions
1.
In a large bowl, combine the torn greens, chicken, and salad dressing; toss gently to coat. Divide among four large salad bowls or dinner plates.
2.
Arrange pear slices on top of salads. Sprinkle with pepper, if desired. Makes 4 servings.
