Ingredients
  • 6   cups packaged torn mixed greens or mesclun
  • 10 - 12   ounces roasted or grilled chicken breast or turkey, sliced
  • 3/4  cup bottled reduced-calorie or regular blue cheese salad dressing
  • 2   pears, cored and sliced
  •  Freshly ground black pepper (optional)
