Directions
1.
In large skillet cook and stir chicken livers in hot margarine or butter over medium-high heat until brown. Cool slightly. Finely chop.
2.
In medium bowl combine chicken livers, scallions, mayonnaise, chili sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Serve with crackers.
