Ingredients

1 small square focaccia (Italian flat bread) or 1 croissant, sliced in half horizontally

Mayonnaise or salad dressing

4 thin slices cooked chicken breast

Plum tomato slices or other tomato slices

Romaine leaves

Finely shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
1.
Spread the cut sides of the focaccia or croissant with mayonnaise.
2.
Arrange chicken, tomato, romaine, and cheddar cheese on bottom of focaccia or croissant. Cover with top of focaccia or croissant. Makes 1 serving.
