Chicken Broccoli Quiche

These easy cheesy quiches take only minutes to mix up and pour into prepared pie shells.

  • 1 10 3/4 ounce can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 6 eggs
  • cayenne pepper
  • 1 10 ounce box frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 frozen 9-inch pie shells
Combine soup, milk, eggs and pepper in bowl. Divide broccoli and Cheddar cheese between pie shells. Divide egg mixture between shells. Bake in 450 degrees F oven 10 minutes; reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees F. Bake 20 to 25 minutes, until set.
