    torn mixed salad greens

    Tyson® Grilled & Ready® Refrigerated Chicken Breast Strips

Directions
1.
For dressing, in a small bowl combine buttermilk, mayonnaise, orange juice concentrate, and mustard. Cover and chill for up to 24 hours.
2.
To serve, divide salad greens among four salad plates. Arrange Grilled & Ready® Chicken Breast Strips and pear slices on the greens. Drizzle each serving with about 3 tablespoons dressing and sprinkle with walnuts.

Serving Suggestion:
Use both red and green pears for a colorful salad. Serve with breadsticks.

*Note:
Spread nuts in a single layer in a shallow baking pan. Bake in a 350 degrees F oven 5-10 minutes or until nuts are golden brown. Stir once or twice.
